Bill O’Reilly got some bad news this month when it was revealed that numerous women have accused him of sexual harassment over the years, and that both he and Fox News have paid out $13 million to his accusers since 2002. Since then, over 90 companies have pulled their advertisements from The O’Reilly Factor.
Now, yet another O’Reilly accuser has come forward, and her story has brought the sexual harassment claims against him back to the headlines.
Attorney Lisa Bloom told The Hollywood Reporter that O’Reilly used to leer at an African-American Fox News clerical worker and call her “hot chocolate.” Bloom is now helping the woman report this to Fox News’ hotline.
Though the woman worked for a different broadcaster in 2008, when the harassment allegedly occurred, her desk was located near O’Reilly’s office.
“He would never talk to her, not even hello, except to grunt at her like a wild boar,” Bloom said. “He would leer at her. He would always do this when no one else was around and she was scared.”
Three witnesses have told Bloom that the woman was upset and stressed at the end of each workday at the time.
“She was afraid if she told him to knock it off she’d get fired,” Bloom says. “Now that’s she’s aware this is all in the news, she’s decided to phone in a complaint to the Fox News hotline.”
Bloom first announced this new claim on Tuesday morning on Twitter:
I represent a new woman who just phoned in a complaint of sexual and racial harassment against Bill O’Reilly to the Fox News hotline.

This comes as O’Reilly is on vacation from his show The O’Reilly Factor, and rumors are swirling that Fox News executives don’t want him to come back.
